1. Overview
Prompterless offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through the Prompterless platform at https://prompterless.com.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans are covered by our unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee:
- You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal.
- No reason is required — if you are not satisfied, you get your money back.
- The guarantee applies to all paid plans equally.
Free plans have no charges and are not subject to this refund policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
You may request a refund using either of the following methods:
- Email: Send a refund request to support@prompterless.com with your account email address and order details.
- Dashboard: Cancel your subscription from your Subscription Settings page. If you are within the 14-day window, contact support to confirm your refund.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your account email address
- The subscription plan you purchased
- The date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received, it will be processed promptly:
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Some purchases may be processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. For Paddle-processed payments, you can also manage your subscription and request refunds through the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.net, or contact Paddle at paddle.com/about/why-has-paddle-charged-me.
5. After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
- Your data (documents, chat history, configurations) will be retained and accessible on the Free plan, subject to Free plan limitations.
6. Subscription Renewals
All subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription Settings or by contacting support@prompterless.com.
- For subscriptions processed by Paddle, you can also cancel directly through the Paddle buyer portal at paddle.net.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.
- To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
